Nizy-le-Comte (French pronunciation: [nizi kɔ̃t]) is a commune in the Aisne department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. It covers an area of 31.5 km2 (12.2 sq mi). The commune, with its population of about 225 residents,[3] is part of the arrondissement of Laon.

History

Nizy-le-Comte was impacted during World War I, experiencing extensive damage. The village has since been rebuilt and now features an 18th-century church and a museum dedicated to the First World War.[4]
