- ^ Roeberg, Greg (February 21, 2026). "Today, I'm announcing that instead of running for Attorney General, I have decided to work as an attorney on the legal challenges to this upcoming election. The Secretary of State's vocal refusal to comply with the DOJ's efforts to verify voter citizenship, the difficulties facing The SAVE Act, recent discoveries of non-citizens on the voter rolls, conflicts between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Recorder, E-Qual malfunctions, and other irregularities have given me serious, serious concerns over the security of the upcoming election. This all comes at a time when Democrat politicians are pushing an agenda that non-citizens deserve voting rights and are outwardly encouraging lawless behavior in the name of immigration. I have been very clear that my primary motivation for running for Attorney General has been election integrity. As the election season will soon officially start, it is now clear to me that my role in this upcoming fight needs to be as an election attorney rather than a candidate. I have been in talks with party activists and other attorneys about how we can best support the legal challenges ahead. Announcements will be forthcoming. I would like to thank so many people that volunteered to help with our campaign. We will still need your support in the fight to make the 2026 elections free and fair!". Twitter.
