The draw for the Elite round was held on 10 December 2025 at 11:00 CET at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.[23] The group stage will be held in Italy in March 2026. The team that finishes first in the group will qualify for the 2026 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Wales.[24]
