Round of 32

The draw for the round of 32 was held on 12 December 2025.[3]

Seeding

In the draw, the top 6 teams from the UEFA Champions League Path were seeded and paired against the teams finished in 17th to 22nd place, while the 10 Domestic Champions Path winners were seeded and paired against teams ranked 7th to 16th. The seeded teams will play the matches at home. In the draw, teams from the same national association could not be drawn against each other. To create the ties, teams finishing 1st to 16th in the UEFA Champions League Path were automatically allocated to the tie corresponding to their position in the final standings, with their unseeded (pairings 1 to 6) or seeded (pairings 7 to 16) opponents then drawn.[4][5]
