The National School of Business and Management of Fez (École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion de Fès; ENCGF) is a Moroccan public business school located in Fez. Established in 2007, it is a constituent institution of the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University and part of the national network of Écoles Nationales de Commerce et de Gestion.[1]

Admission

Admission to the school is primarily based on the TAFEM (Test d'Admissibilité à la Formation En Management), a national competitive entrance exam for high school graduates.[2] The school also offers parallel admission for students with undergraduate degrees in economics or management through a selective interview process.

Academic programs

ENCG Fez provides a five-year integrated program leading to a State Diploma in Business and Management. Starting from the 2024 academic year, the school implemented a new pedagogical architecture to align with modern market needs.[3] Students choose specializations in their fourth year:

  • Management: Audit and Management Control, Financial Management, and Human Resources Management.
  • Commerce: Marketing and Commercial Action, International Trade, and Advertising Communication.[4]

Professional engagement

The school is known for its strong ties with the business sector. It annually organizes the **Forum RH-Emploi** to facilitate the employability of its graduates, with the 2025 edition focusing on smart management and digital transformation.[5][6] It also hosts academic conferences on strategic topics like "smart management" of supply chains.[7]
