The 2026 season is the fourth season for St. Louis City SC. It was also the club's fourth season in Major League Soccer (MLS). It will be the first season of head coach Yoann Damet who was appointment on December 16, 2025.

In addition to playing in the MLS regular season, St. Louis City SC will compete in the U.S. Open Cup.
