The 2026 USL W League season will be the 5th season for the league. The regular season began on May 9 and ended on June 28. A total 96 teams participated, playing in 4 conferences with 16 divisions total.[1]

Utah United are the defending champions, triumphing 4-0 over North Carolina Courage U23 in the final.[2]
