The 2024 Montana State Auditor election took place on November 5, 2024, to elect the next state auditor of Montana. Incumbent Republican auditor Troy Downing did not seeking re-election, instead opting to run for U.S. House.[1] Primary elections took place on June 4, 2024.[2]
