Sokoli Garb (German: Zaughalser Lehne) is a mountain in the Włodzickie Hills (Wzgórza Włodzickie), part of the Nowa Ruda Depression, part of the Central Sudetes in south-western Poland. It rises to 615 metres (2,018 ft) above sea level.[1]
Geography
Sokoli Garb lies in Kłodzko County in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, near the town of Nowa Ruda. The mountain forms part of the Włodzickie Hills, a group of rounded elevations situated between the Owl Mountains and the Table Mountains in the Sudetes.[1]
The hill rises above the surrounding rural areas between the villages of Włodowice and Dzikowiec. Nearby elevations of the Włodzickie Hills include Kościelec, Pisztyk, and Pardelówka.[2]
The slopes of Sokoli Garb are largely covered with mixed forest typical of the Central Sudetes. Forest tracks and local hiking paths connect the hill with other parts of the Włodzickie Hills and the surrounding countryside.[2]
