Pardelówka (German: Fichtig) is a mountain in the Włodzickie Hills part of the Central Sudetes in south-western Poland. The summit rises to about 707 metres (2,320 ft) above sea level and forms one of the higher elevations of the range.[1]
Geography
Pardelówka lies in Kłodzko County in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, within the northern part of the Włodzickie Hills near the town of Nowa Ruda. The hills form a small mountain group in the Sudetes, extending for roughly 20 km within the drainage basin of the Włodzica River and its tributaries.[1]
Within the local topography, Pardelówka is situated between the neighbouring summits of Pisztyk (711 m) and Krępiec (about 645 m).[2]
Meadows and open areas around the summit provide wide views of several neighbouring Sudetic ranges, including the Owl Mountains, the Bystrzyckie Mountains, the Table Mountains and the Śnieżnik Massif.[2]
The saddle below the mountain was historically associated with the former settlement of Fisztyk, near which the headwaters of the Włodzica River are located.[2]
