State Stadium (Stadium Negeri in Malay) is a multi-purpose stadium in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.[1] It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 30,000 people.[2] The stadium hosted the Sukma Games in 1990, which Sarawak won. State Stadium is located in an area of 5 hectares in Petra Jaya. It was officially opened on 27 August 1983. The stadium is adjacent to the new Sarawak Stadium. This stadium also as the official home of the well-known local football club Kuching City F.C..
