Rineloricaria morrowi[3] is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Loricariidae, the mailed catfishes, and the subfamily Loricariinae, the suckermouth armored catfishes.[2] This catfish occurs in the Ucayali, Inambari and Nanay River basins in Peru.[1] The species reaches a standard length of 16.5 cm (6.5 in) and is believed to be a facultative air-breather.[4] The specific name honors William C. Morrow, who led the expedition to Peru on which the holotype was collected.[5]
