Nový Salaš (Hungarian: Újszállás) is a village and municipality in Košice-okolie District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1533.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 360 metres (1,180 ft)[3] and covers an area of 11.02 km2 (4.25 sq mi) (2024).[4]
