Montrachet was a French restaurant in Tribeca, Manhattan, NYC that opened in April 1985;[1] It closed in the summer of 2006.[2]

Staff who have worked at Montrachet include Bill Yosses,[3] David Bouley (the original chef),[4] and Debra Ponzek.[5]
