Iceland–New Zealand relations (Icelandic: Samband Íslands og Nýja-Sjálands) are the bilateral relations between Iceland and New Zealand. Both countries share common membership of the International Criminal Court and OECD.
Overview
The two countries established diplomatic relations on 21 October 1988.[1] The two countries cooperate in international organizations, including the United Nations.
Resident diplomatic missions
- Iceland is accredited to New Zealand from its embassy in Beijing, China and maintains honorary consulates in Auckland and Nelson.[2]
- New Zealand is accredited to Iceland from its embassy in The Hague, Netherlands.
