The Housing (Scotland) Act 1925 (15 & 16 Geo. 5. c. 15) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to the housing of the working classes in Scotland.[1]

The Housing Act 1925 (15 & 16 Geo. 5. c. 14) made similar provisions for England and Wales.

Section 120 of the act repealed 17 enactments, listed in the sixth schedule to the act, as far as they related to Scotland.[2]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 187 of, and part I of the thirteenth schedule to, the Housing (Scotland) Act 1950 (14 Geo. 6. c. 34), which came into force on 1 January 1951.[3]
