Albania–Norway relations are the bilateral relations between Albania and Norway. Both countries are full members of the Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and NATO. Albania has a non resident ambassador in Stockholm. Norway has a non resident ambassador in Zagreb.
History
The history of diplomatic relations between Albania and Norway dates back to 29 May 1971, when the two countries established official relations.[1]
Mutual relations
Norway, as a member state of the Schengen Area, has supported Albania in visa liberalization with the Schengen Area.[2] Although Norway is not a member state of the EU, Norway supports Albania's progress in integration into the European Union.[3]
