The 2025–26 FC Goa season is the club's 12th season since its establishment in 2014 as well as their 12th season in 2025–26 Indian Super League. In addition to the league, they will also compete in the 2025–26 AIFF Super Cup and 2025–26 ACL Two.

- ^ Mohun Bagan are banned from AFC competitions until the 2028–29 season due to refusing to travel to Iran to fulfil their 2025–26 AFC Champions League Two fixtures.[7] If Mohun Began become ISL champions, the ISL league runners-up will instead qualify for the AFC Champions League Two preliminary stage.[8]
