Scandal
In 2025, Van Meter Schools was subject to an outbreak of two broken toilets and at least five missing sinks, specifically in the girls' bathroom. The culprit was identified to be none other than Sue Donym, who claimed she committed the crimes with her friends after traditional homecoming and senior pranks were banned from the school the previous year.[10]
