Tuti Sutiawati (born 3 April 1940), popularly known as Mami Tuti, is an Indonesian teacher and the widow of the 6th Vice President of Indonesia, Try Sutrisno. She served as Second Lady of Indonesia from 1993 to 1998. As the spouse of a senior military officer, she served as the chairwoman of Dharma Pertiwi from 1988 to 1993 and chairwoman of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana from 1986 to 1988.

Early life

Tuti Sutiawati was born in Bandung on 3 April 1940.[1] She is the eldest of twelve siblings born to Sukarna Prawira and Ana Hasanah.[2][3]
