Tuia Logoiai Puʻa Fuatogi Letoa is a Samoan politician and Member of the Legislative Assembly of Samoa. He is a member of the Human Rights Protection Party.
Tuia is a former chief executive of Samoa Airways.[1] Following the sinking of HMNZS Manawanui in 2024 he called for the New Zealand government to compensate villagers in Safata for environmental damage,[2] and also approached the Chinese government for assistance.[3]
He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly at the 2025 Samoan general election.[1][4]
