The Shops Act 1912 (2 & 3 Geo. 5 c. 3) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to the regulation of shops in the United Kingdom.

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 76(1) of, and the eighth schedule to, the Shops Act 1950 (14 Geo. 6 c. 28), which came into operation on 1 October 1950.[2]
