The Second Parvez Elahi provincial government was the provincial government of Punjab, Pakistan headed by Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi as Chief Minister of Punjab, from July 2022 to January 2023.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi served his second term as the Chief Minister of Punjab from July 2022 to January 2023. This tenure was characterized by significant political instability and a strategic alliance with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).[1]

Following the Supreme Court of Pakistan's intervention in July 2022, Elahi was sworn in as the 19th Chief Minister of Punjab.
