Schwenckia mollissima is a species of flowering plant in the family Solanaceae. it is native to Suriname and Brazil. It primarily grows in wet tropical biomes.[1][2]
Schwenckia mollissima was first described by the botanists Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck and Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius.[1][3]
