Early life

Norcross was born in Lynn, Massachusetts.[1] In 2013, she was selected to join the international program with the East Coast Selects hockey team.[2] The next year she was chosen to attend USA Hockey's national development camp at the Brooks Center.[3]

Playing career

Collegiate

Norcross attended Boston College from 2018 to 2021. She played in 93 games as a forward over three seasons, tallying 41 points. Notably, she played all 20 games as a junior and recorded career-highs in points (21), goals (12), and assists (9).[4] For the 2021–22 season, she transferred to the University of Minnesota.[5][6] She made her team debut on October 1 at the home game against Ohio State. In her fifth-year season, she made the WCHA All-Academic Team and her NCAA Frozen Four debut.[1]

She attended the New York Sirens' training camp in 2024 but instead signed with Luleå HF of the SDHL.[8] She played for Luleå HF through March 2025.[9] On June 21, 2025, she returned to the New York, and signed a one-year contract for the 2025–26 season.
