The Presentation of Benefices Act 1688[a] (1 Will. & Mar. c. 26)[c] was an act of the Parliament of England. It applied to the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.
Subsequent developments
The whole act was repealed by section 41(2) of, and schedule 5 to, the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986.
