Pooja Narwal (born 15 March 2000) is an Indian kabaddi player from Delhi.[1] She was part of the team that won the gold medal in the 2022 Asian Games.[2][3]
She also represented the Indian women's national kabaddi team that won gold in the Women’s Kabaddi World Cup 2025 at Bangladesh in November 2025.[4][5]
