Phineas Harper is a British writer, curator and sculptor.[3] They are a regular opinion writer for The Guardian[4] and were previously chief executive of Open City,[5] Deputy Director of the Architecture Foundation,[6] Chief Curator of the Oslo arkitekturtriennale[7] and Deputy Editor of the Architectural Review.[8] They currently serve as a trustee of The 20th Century Society.[9] In 2022 they were awarded an honaray fellowship of the Royal Institute of British Architects.[10]
