Pecktonville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Washington County, Maryland, United States.[2] Its population was 167 as of the 2010 census.[4]

In 1921 Pecktonville was the destination of the Vagabonds, a group of men which took camping trips over ten years and which at the time consisted of inventor Thomas Edison and industrialists Henry Ford and Harvey S. Firestone along with their guest the sitting US president Warren G. Harding.[5]
