Paul Kiptoo Masaba[1] is an Anglican bishop in Uganda.[2] He has been Bishop of Sebei Diocese[3] in Eastern Uganda, since 2015, and on 21 March 2026, he celebrated his 10th year anniversary as Bishop.[4]
Personal life
He is married to Agnes Violet Masaba, and they have six children.
Masaba was educated at Uganda Christian University.
Also a teacher, he has served as a lay reader, a priest and an archdeacon.
He was consecrated a bishop on 12 April 2015, at St Peter's Cathedral, Kakomuyra, Kapchorwa.[5] He celebrated his 10th anniversary in service on September 28, 2025.
