Paanch Minar (transl.Five minarets) is a 2025 Indian Telugu-language crime comedy film written and directed by Ram Kadumula.[1] The film stars Raj Tarun and Rashi Singh in lead roles.[2]

The film was released on 21 November 2025.[3]

Plot

Kittu keeps on getting rejected from job interviews. He also loses money on gambling schemes. He gets an ultimatum from his girlfriend Khyathi and finally gets a job as a cab driver through his friend. He lies to his family and Khyathi about his job. He also later pretends that he is deaf because being a deaf cab driver pays even more.

Meanwhile, Chotu, a gang leader figures out that his uncle has stolen money from him. He demands money from his uncle but his uncle gets him killed by 2 guns for hire. The two assassins happened by to be Kittu's passengers and Kittu witnesses the crime. Kittu understands that he will also get killed later but just as the assassins are about to pull the trigger, the police comes to the scene and arrests the killers. Meanwhile, Kittu collects the money that the assassins were supposed to collect.

Release and reception

Paanch Minar was released on 21 November 2025.[5]

Suresh Kavirayani of Cinema Express rated the film 3 out of 5 and wrote in his review that, "with a crisp runtime, steady humour, and a decent mix of thrills, it works well as a stress-buster".[6] Ramu Chinthakindhi of Times Now Telugu too gave the same rating and appreciated Raj Tarun's performance.[7] Hindustan Times Telugu noted the screenplay and Raj Tarun's performance.[8]
