Okeagi

Okeagi is a village in the Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria.

Okeagi occupies elevated land overlooking savanna plains, with seasonal streams supporting rain-fed farming.

Farmers cultivate yam, cassava, maize, sorghum and cashew. Livestock rearing is modest and typically household-based.

Residents are mainly Okun Yoruba. Christianity is the predominant religion.

The settlement is linked to nearby areas by unpaved roadways. Mobile telecommunications and primary education facilities are available.
