The Norfolk and Suffolk Combined County Authority is a proposed combined authority in eastern England.[1] The proposal is linked to the English Devolution Bill, first outlined in 2024 by the Starmer ministry.[2] The region would have a directly elected mayor.[3] The first election will be held in May 2028.[4]
