Njáll (Old Norse pronunciation: [ˈnjɑːlː]; Icelandic pronunciation: [ˈnjautl̥]) is an old Viking given name[1] native to Iceland and other Scandinavian countries. It was borrowed or derived from the Old Irish name Niall.[2]
