Narayan Rupini (1947 – 24 December 2022) was an Indian politician from Tripura. He was the first chairman of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council.[1] He was also serving as cabinet minister of Government of Tripura from 1998 to 2013. Rupini was the member of Tripura Legislative Assembly for three consecutive terms 1998 to 2013 from Charilam Assembly constituency.[2][3][4][5] He was also served as the President of Ganamukti Parishad from 2010 to 2016.[6]
