Andres Kõpper, known as Noëp (born on 22 March 1990)[2] is an Estonian musician and film and television director.[3]

He has been a member of the band Tenfold Rabbit. He has electronic music soloproject called Noëp.[3]

He competed on Eesti Laul 2026 with the song "Days Like This". He made the superfinal and ended up as the runner-up.[4]
