Muhammad Gulzar (born 27 May 2004) is a Pakistani freestyle wrestler. He won the bronze medal in the men's freestyle 97 kg event at the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games.[1][2]

Career

At the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, Gulzar competed in the men's freestyle 97 kg division. He lost 11–0 to Iran's Amirali Azarpira in the quarter-finals, advanced through repechage with a walkover against Afghanistan's Iqbal Ahmadi, and then defeated Türkiye's Rifat Eren Gidak by fall in the bronze medal bout.[3][4] Pakistani media reported that the bronze medal was Pakistan's only wrestling medal of the Games.[5]
