Simply UK
Simply UK is a company based in Bellshill, Scotland which owns the Morar Care Group. The group runs 18 care homes in the United Kingdom, nine of which are in Scotland. It is owned by Christopher O'Brien and Gary Sharp who formerly worked in the construction industry. They moved into the care business in 2019. The business turnover was £2 9million in 2023 and is planned to be £122.5 million by 2030.

[2]
The Care Inspectorate imposed special measures in the Castlehill Care Home in Inverness in 2025. That is the biggest care home in Inverness, with beds for 88 people.[3]
