Monroe Avenue was a former Rochester Industrial and Rapid Transit Railway station located in Rochester, New York. It was closed in 1956 along with the rest of the line.[2]

This station was built at Monroe Avenue in a cutting[2] and at one point you could transfer to the Monroe Ave Rochester Railway Company line via surface connection.[3] This line was the bed of the Erie Canal which is now a section of the Eastern Expressway.
