Mohamed Karim[1][2] (born January 2, 1980) is an Egyptian actor.[3][4][5]

Biography

Born in Cairo, Egypt, Karim graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in Cairo. He also completed the Actors Boot Camp Program at the Acting Corps in Hollywood, California, U.S.[6]

Karim made numerous appearances in both television and feature films. He appeared in the 2001 film Badr marking his debut in Egyptian cinema.[7] In 2004, he appeared in the miniseries Bint Afandina, aired on Egyptian Television.[8] In 2007, he co-starred in El Turbini (2007), followed by Khaled Youssef's Heena Maysara (2007), Stolen Kisses (2008), and Chief Omar Harb (2008).[9]

His notable film credits included leading roles in Shehata's Shop (2009), and the Jordanian film A Facebook Romance (2012).[10] Karim then pursued a career in Hollywood and appeared in the television series Barely Famous in 2015. In 2019, he co-starred with Nicolas Cage in A Score to Settle (2019).[11][12][13] He also co-starred in Wes Miller's A Day to Die (2022), followed by the 2023 war drama film Lonesome Soldier and the western action Gunslingers (2025).[14][15][16]
