Mary in the Junkyard (stylized in all lowercase) is a British band from London. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Clari Freeman-Taylor, viola player Saya Barbaglia and drummer David Addison.[1] The band are signed with All My Friends (AMF) Records[2]

History

The band began while all three members were teenagers.[3] In May 2024, the band released their debut EP titled This Old House.[4][5] Alongside the announcement of their EP, the band released the single "Marble Arch".[6][7]

In November 2024, the band released a new song titled "This Is My California",[8][9] and in December 2024 the band released the song "Bear Walk".[10] In 2025, the band was featured on the song "Swamp Dream #3" by Everything Is Recorded,[11] and supported Wet Leg on their "Moisturizer" tour.[12]
