The Marshall Zhukov House Museum (Mongolian: Маршал Жуковын байшин музей) is a museum in Bayanzürkh, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
History
The museum building was originally constructed in 1930. The museum was established in 1979.[1][2] The museum underwent renovation by the Embassy of Russia in Ulaanbaatar and was reopened in February 2007.[3]
Architecture
The museum is housed in the former house of Marhal Georgy Zhukov, in which he used to stay with his family during the Battles of Khalkhin Gol in 1939.[1][4]
Exhibitions
The museum exhibits artifacts from the Central Museum of the Russian Ministry of Defense and Mongolian Military Museum.[3]
