Maria Carmen "Maricar" Solamillo Zamora-Mabanglo (previously Apsay; born May 3, 1974) is a Filipino politician who is a member of the House of Representatives.[1] She represents Davao de Oro's 1st congressional district.[2] She is the daughter of Manuel E. Zamora.[3]
