Madang Majok

Madhang Majok is the current governor of Lakes State, South Sudan was the Governor of Gok State from 24 December 2015 to the states dissolution on 22 February 2020.[1] He is the first governor of the state, which was created by President Salva Kiir on 2 October 2015.[2]On January 19, 2026 Kiir issued an Presidential decree in which Riek Tueny was replaced by Madhang Majok as the state Governor of the Lake State.[3]
