Czinger Vehicles

In 2019, Czinger co-founded Czinger Vehicles with his father, Kevin Czinger.[4] The company develops high-performance vehicles using technologies derived from Divergent Technologies’ digital manufacturing platform.[5][6]

Czinger has been involved in the design and development strategy of the vehicle, which incorporates 3D-printed structural components and a hybrid powertrain combining a twin-turbocharged V8 engine with electric motors.[7][8]

Under his leadership, the company has produced several variants of the 21C, including track-focused models and the 21C V Max, a version designed to prioritize top-speed performance through modified aerodynamics and reduced drag.[9][10]

Divergent Technologies

In 2025, Czinger became chief executive officer of Divergent Technologies, a manufacturing technology company founded by his father.[11] In that role, he has overseen the company’s expansion into aerospace and defense manufacturing applications.[12]

During his tenure as CEO, the company completed a $290 million Series E funding round, which valued Divergent Technologies at approximately $2.3 billion. Czinger has also represented the company in public discussions about digital manufacturing and supply-chain technology.[13]
