From the mid-2000s, Cadotsch became active on the European jazz scene. She gained wider recognition as a member and co-leader of the band Schneeweiss & Rosenrot, which released three albums between 2009 and 2012 and toured internationally.[5]

In 2015, Cadotsch founded the chamber trio Speak Low together with bassist Petter Eldh and saxophonist Otis Sandsjö[6]. The group released several albums between 2016 and 2020 and performed internationally, including appearances at the NYC Winter Jazzfest[7], the Berlin Philharmonie[8] and the London Jazz Festival[9].

Together with saxophonist and producer Wanja Slavin, Cadotsch leads the project LIUN + The Science Fiction Band. The ensemble combines electronic and acoustic elements and has collaborated with larger ensembles such as the hr-Big Band[11] and the EOS Chamber Orchestra[12].
