This is a list of Boeing 707 operators.
Current military/government operators
- Chilean Air Force
- 10th Aviation Group operates two 707-based E-3 Sentry AWACS, with a third in reserve for spare parts.
- Previously, it operated four Boeing 707s, two of which were selected for conversion. One was converted to a tanker configuration called KC-707 Águila, retired in 2006, and the other was converted to a unique AEW&C configuration called EC-707 Cóndor, operated from 1995 until its retirement in 2022.[1][2][3]

The latest Boeing 707-329 delivered to Sabena is seen in this photograph wearing the insignia of the flag airline of the Congolese Republic. Sabena provides Air Congo with technical assistance, personnel, equipment and some aircraft on lease purchase, and also operates the regular twice-weekly Boeing service between the Congo and Brussels on behalf of Air Congo.

Kuwait Airways made a profit in 1972 for the fifth consecutive year. The carrier, which operates five Boeing 707-320Cs on services radiating from Kuwait as far as London to the west and Bombay to the east, had a net income of KD2.1 million (£2.9 million). Net income in 1968, the first profitable year for the airline, was £910,000.
