Lembesis

Lembesis or Lebesis (Greek: Λεμπέσης) is a Greek surname, deriving from a Turkish word for Albanian irregular bands employed as guards during Ottoman rule, later used for the followers of the rebel Mitromaras.[1] Notable people with the surname include:
