Khawlhring Lalremruata (9 March 1987 – 8 January 2026) was an Indian cricketer.[1] He made his first-class debut for Mizoram in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy on 20 December 2018.[2] He made his Twenty20 debut for Mizoram in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019.[3]

Lalremruata died from a heart attack at a hospital in Aizawl on 8 January 2026, at the age of 38.[4]
