Karate in the Indian state of Bihar is overseen by the State Karate Association of Bihar[1][2][3][4] which is affiliated to the Karate India Organisation[5] and recognized by the Bihar Olympic Association.[6][7][8][9][10]
Karate has been growing in popularity across Bihar, particularly among the youth, and is practised both for self-defence[11][12] and as a competitive sport.[13][14][15][16]
